About Allied Developments

Allied Developments’ core focus is the development of commercial and residential properties in prime locations on the South Coast of England.

The Team

Established in 2007, Allied Developments was created by three likeminded business individuals, and set up with a unique structure to readily procure the right sites and properties for your business or residential plans.

All of our three founding shareholders are directors.  We offer decades of experience in property development in the South.  And we are set up with financial backing and security of large property company, whilst retaining the flexibility and speed of response of a small entrepreneurial business.   This has given us the ability to secure and bring to the community substantial projects, such as the £75m Admirals Quay development in Southampton.

Peter Morton – Founding shareholder & director

With a background in banking and finance, Peter brings a wealth of business management and financial governance to the Board of Allied Developments.   Peter has been director and company secretary for a wide range of new start-ups and highly successful businesses, and is currently on the Board of Student Castle Ltd.

Kelvin Rawlings – Founding shareholder & director

Kelvin brings over 40 years experience of property development, construction and civil engineering projects, and has been responsible for development over 1 million square feet of industrial space on the South Coast.

Sir Charles Dunstone – Founding shareholder & director

Chairman and co-founder of mobile phone retailer, The Carphone Warehouse, chairman of the TalkTalk Group, and non-executive director of Independent Media Distribution, The Daily Mail Trust and The Princes Trust, Sir Charles’ extensive business background and investment is a unique asset for Allied Development’s board.
