The prestigious Admirals Quay development in Ocean Village, Southampton is Allied Development’s latest project. In January 2012 we received planning permission to build this landmark 26 storey residential tower. This £75 million development is one of the biggest residential developments outside London.
Supporting 16 and nine storey residential buildings it will incorporate a landscaped terrace at second floor level between the first two buildings.
Designed by HGP Architects in Fareham, this long redundant site, will provide an exciting space for up to eight new restaurants, create new, active areas of public space within the marina, give the City a world class waterfront destination to be proud of.
Since permission was granted, along with Warings Contractors, we have been finalising the remaining details of the planning process and developing a construction plan to minimise disruption to local residents. Warings will be providing dozens of apprenticeships and work experience, in the local community, as well as targeting the local community for employment opportunities.
Construction of the site is now well underway. Allied Developments have worked closely with Warings Contractors on the fine details of the planning process, and to develop a construction plan to minimise disruption to local residents. Warings are providing dozens of apprenticeships and work experience, in the local community, as well as targeting the local community for employment opportunities.
